      Pros

      Management is good and supportive. Easy to follow and understand policies and standards. Growth within company is easy if your choice is to move up.

      Cons

      1 on 1 coverage. Corporate is unorganized. A lot of back and forth with changing promotions, floorsets, markdowns, etc.

      Pros

      I loved the flexibility of my boss scheduling me according to free time with my college work.

      Cons

      I felt like it was a very serious job and sometime my boss would make me go up to guests and keep askign them questions right when they walk in the door.
