The best part about this job was the more laid back management, which varies depending on the location.
Cons
As a company, we were trained to basically harass guests who came in, and the upper management tend to be very last minute which was unprofessional, with promo changes, (and francesca's always has promos) markdowns, and pretty much every tedious task, which would cause stress on employees.
