Pros
-Super talented team with a wealth of expertise in their fields. - Everyone is incredibly supportive and does a really good job of lifting each other up. - There is never any hesitation to share knowledge or offer support and this allows every individual to grow and expand in their respective roles. - Leadership does a good job of empowering individuals in their roles and is eager to offer mentorship and supports professional development. - Flexible and remote work available, which is a huge asset.
Cons
- Work tends to come in feast or famine style (either very busy or very slow) but that is the nature of the beast, especially as a result of the pandemic. - That said, work is (on average) very steady and I'm grateful for that. - Don't love time-tracking projects, but suppose that's (again) the nature of the beast (in the agency world).
