I've had a really good experience with Gap Personnel, especially with Marta and Joyce. Marta stands out for her care and support. Whenever I was assigned to a factory, she would personally come with us, make sure we were handed over properly, and check that everyone was okay. She genuinely cares about how we feel and whether the job suits us. Even when some factory placements didn’t work out — sometimes due to issues on the factory side — Gap Personnel find other opportunities quickly. It made a big difference to feel supported and not forgotten. Thank you for the great service! I also really appreciate the weekly pay — it helps with budgeting and feels reliable.
Cons
I wish there were more part-time job opportunities. Most of the roles seem to be full-time, so it would be helpful if Gap Personnel could offer more flexible or part-time options for people who need them.
