My friendly coworkers were the only thing that made this job bearable during my short time there.
Cons
Management is atrocious. You will be micro managed to the point where you need permission to use the bathroom. You'll get remotely thrown into a call regardless of whether you're ready. Targets change every month (to become less and less achievable). No-one has any sympathy for customers, any concept of what a rip off their loans are, and no-one cares about providing and semblance of decent customer service. As a result, you'll spend all day being shouted at by unhappy customers. Company policies are ridiculously obstructive. The systems are unreliable and inaccurate. Training is poor and insufficient to prepare you for the role. Management are not receptive to feedback or constructive criticism and show no interest in empowering or developing their staff, in fact they don't even trust you to do your job without someone constantly looking over your shoulder. I Would discourage anyone from taking a job (or a loan!) with easyfinancial. It is literally the worst job I've ever had.
