      None horribly unprofessional recommend you stay far away

      Cons

      Cheap , Fake Unprofessional nobody's from South Dakota. They start you at like 11.54/hr and pay once a month. Then they say you have to pay for your own tools. Its one of the cheapest companies I have ever seen> They want to be in staffing yet if they were to ever go in front of a hiring manager they would get laughed out of the room. Directors wear shorts Monday through Friday like soccer coaches. Basically a cheap little recruiter sweatshop for novices straight out of college who know nothing about staffing and recruiting. Beware

We understand that our business model and flexible dress code isn’t for everyone. Ideally, new pac members have a full understanding of our business model before accepting a position and completing training.       All training and equipment provided Full internal support from all departments Uncapped earning potential Remote work Encouraging culture (not stuffy, cooperate feel) fun, high energy, supportive

      Cons

      It's tough. It takes a lot of internal drive and commitment. This isn't something for the weak, or those who throw in the towel with things get hard. A lot of cold outreach is required to build your desk and network - that alone isn't for everyone, especially those looking for an "easy" button.
