DON'T DO IT. The company does an amazing job at making this "once in a lifetime opportunity" sound great on the initial contact. It is exciting to have a company reach out to you for a job opportunity when you just so happen to be looking for something new, but it is all a bunch of shenanigans (for lack of better words). There is very little opportunity for growth. You will have to pay the company to start your initial work (a fact that is left out in most initial conversations). The base compensation is not livable per month after taxes, it is below minimum wage. Don't let them confuse you with the numbers game. There is no work life balance to start and all the companies that are already being worked with are not really yours to touch. You have to find new companies to place with, the market is saturated with recruiters and companies are not willing to pay gpacs (above market fee). It is HARD and with no money coming in its stressful. Management is fine financially and they all are paid well. It is understandable that they get first look at new company inquiries, but sad that they essentially keep them for themselves and their pockets.
