Terrible employer - Anonymous employee gsmExchange.com Employee Review

Ouch!! Well, we have one unhappy person here; we are not happy with that at all, at all! Actually we would love to talk to this unhappy person and see what their problem was, make up, cheer them up and cheer them on further into their career. Unfortunately, we could not reach out to them. As this feedback is anonymous, it is not possible to reach them in any way; not sure we can guess who they are neither, we just hope that this is not our competitor - that would be very naughty! In the 19 years since our launch, we have had many people join our team from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and skill sets - they have enriched our company and we hope that we have enriched their lives as well; the ones who have left us have gone on to have successful careers, started families, or created companies - or all of the above - we wish everyone the best in their lives and careers (including the not so happy ones :) ) As for our current Team, we think that they are happy; here is why: - They run the job like it is their own business - Operating independently with a lot of autonomy - Demanding environment, but it is also highly rewarding - initiative is highly rewarded - If doing sales, then earning potential is tremendous - Average tenure here is over 3 - 4 years. For sure this does not suit everyone, but for the right person, this is a brilliant place to work.
