Pros
-leverages design ideas from other established players. -free lunch thats seeing a south side due to massive cost cuts -excellent fit for young college hires, ppl on a visa desperate for a work sponsorship Overall all good pay, but MISERABLE people working for the company. People sticking around for a pay check.
Cons
-Frustrated HR team -pathetic slackers in the overseas office -the VP's and directors are on their way out due to bad politics -Frustrated clients, company is losing $ at this point but keeping the clients on the website for publicity.
