Cons
HydroWorx is a small size company that employs about 100 or less people. COO does not encourage being a team player, doesn’t set clear expectations, & refuses to hold the sales team accountable for incomplete/inaccurate paperwork constantly being submitted. Quick to blame the lower salary employees. Lack of training, I had to figure out the day to day operations on my own with no input from my supervisors. Absolutely no transparency from upper management. However, they’ll hold secret meetings/conversations about individuals without addressing the actual issues effecting production. There is an extreme lack of diversity and cultural intelligence. The company uses forced activities and engagement to mask the bad work culture. Management gate keeps imperative information to do your job properly then tries to play the blame game when errors occur. The sales department along with the business consultant is full of prejudice individuals who are not inclusive and disingenuous. There is shameless nepotism where others reap benefits and perks that regular employees are never given the opportunity to experience. I felt constantly micromanaged, silenced, & belittled when engaging with other employees throughout the company. I was constantly undermined and cast out by my coworkers. No room for advancement unless you are favored. Wages are not competitive with the job market. However, their health benefits are great.
