Pros

Very nice colleagues, made some lifelong friends all over the world here Decent functioning software most of the time Opportunity to experiment and learn different roles and skills The environment and business started out good and genuinely had a chance to be a top payroll competitor before it was squandered away by years of mismanagement and apparently a perpetual need to "cut cost"

Cons

Strategic Confusion & Direction: The company exhibits an extremely unpredictable and chaotic strategic direction. This lack of clarity often results in significant employee confusion and stress as teams constantly adapt to rapidly changing priorities, suggesting a fundamental disconnect among the leadership team. Sales Performance Issues: Sales are declining primarily because leadership has not addressed fundamental, underlying issues within the core sales process. Layoffs & AI Implementation: Justifies layoffs of highly valued and competent employees without a proper plan by stating it's an 'AI augmented company,' but the actual implementation of AI lacks the necessary process engineering and data management needed for meaningful automation.

Pros

Management promotes trust, autonomy and accountability with its staff. There are many opportunities to try new roles, if wanted. Can really get good experience here. Great coworkers - feels like a family and not as corporate. Enjoyed working there and am still in contact with my ex-colleagues.

Cons

Nowhere is perfect. It's an SME, so don't expect exorbitant salaries, but you can learn a lot. There is high demand and expectations from the company, so you should be prepared for that.

Pros

People are friendly in the company, lots of passionate young people

Cons

the technology is not catching up with the market. Extremely high turn-over rate which affects service delivery and customer servicing. Management has no experience running a large operation with a few hundred staff, the compensation and benefits do not catch up with market.
