      Pros

      It's a fast growing company which respects its employees. The environment is great, the co-workers are friendly and always willing to help. There is a well-structured induction plan for new developers, where they can familiarize themselves with the software and company's procedures. I-nexus is definitely a great opportunity for both entry level and senior developers.

      There isn't any downside

      Pros

      I've worked with i-nexus for nearly two years now. They are an exciting company, poised for great success. Amazing product in SaaS! Leadership is committed and willingly listens to recommendations to build on its success and employee retention!

      Cons

      This is not really a downside--it's more of a necessary inconvenience. I support the US operations, and sometimes the time difference between UK and US can be challenging, but they are very responsive.

      Pros

      Solid technology and an interesting space. The founder is great visionary in his market.

      Cons

      The primary challenge with the company was a tendency to get lost in detail, while big challenges worsened. Their new CEO may fix that.
