      Pros

      The office has a very relaxed atmosphere and the employees are very approachable and friendly. There are small development teams, which makes collaboration with others easy. Get the chance to work with developers of varying backgrounds at all levels, so great opportunities to learn from others. Product is very large and makes use of a wide range of new technologies. Table tennis table in the staff room and Domino's pizza once a month!

      Pros

      I've worked with i-nexus for nearly two years now. They are an exciting company, poised for great success. Amazing product in SaaS! Leadership is committed and willingly listens to recommendations to build on its success and employee retention!

      Cons

      This is not really a downside--it's more of a necessary inconvenience. I support the US operations, and sometimes the time difference between UK and US can be challenging, but they are very responsive.

      Pros

      Solid technology and an interesting space. The founder is great visionary in his market.

      Cons

      The primary challenge with the company was a tendency to get lost in detail, while big challenges worsened. Their new CEO may fix that.
