      Cross team collaborative environment, without traditional corporate hierarchy. The organization values the challenge process (Principle Based Management terminology) that allows for a thoughtful exchange of ideas that push innovation throughout the company. The work is often fast paced and meaningful given the electoral implications of politically adjacent efforts the company works on

      - smart growing business! not too fast, not too slow - dedicated and hardworking people you can learn from and who are eager to learn from you - work that matters. not busy work, not pushing papers until a VP comes along and makes things happen, YOU are empowered to make things happen.

      - sometimes longer hours, but that has gotten better over the years as the company has matured

      I had heard some rumors right after I joined and it's turning out to be true. Knives out everywhere. So disappointed.
