      Pros

      Direct interaction with all levels of the operation internally from VP to Sales to Customer. Logical chain of procedures to follow but if "Mr. X" not available other resources were approachable and willing.

      Cons

      Smaller companies or "Sub-contracted" of the "Prime" contract holder means stability hinges on what happens with the "Prime" Just keep growing, nothing bad to say.
