Not much. Occasional free meals; usually fridays when nobody is in the office
Cons
Horrible pay structure. HR compensates employees based on years working and not performance. If you’re in sales & bring in insane numbers, it won’t matter. No pay increase, no recognition. CEO & CFO don’t care about paying top performers what they deserve and instead private jet everywhere. It’s sad because sales people should be a great asset to the firm & several are disappointed
