Management haven't got a clue due to Director's change of ideas every few months

You will be taken away from certain areas to stop you learning so you cant request Pay increases. Directors email seen "Too Good Value for money" so taken away from training so progression was halted
Lovely people working there (not including top level) New IT manager genuinely cares and tries to handle the issues and new random jobs thrown at him by directors
Cons
Director changes company direction on a whim every 6-9 months. Constantly implementing new tasks and features that staff aren’t trained for and have to figure out on the fly with customers facing the issues. No recognition for good work or wage increases unless you beg, and then they will put you on a 6 month probation before you get the increase. Claims to treat staff as family but not true at all.
