Pros
In my experience, this company is an absolute disaster, the only pro is a handful of staff who are good fun however these have now all left.
Cons
The culture is toxic, and there’s a complete lack of respect between teams. Management is either totally absent or micromanages every detail, with no real leadership or direction—just constant chaos and confusion.
One of the most frustrating aspects is the inconsistency in how staff are treated. Some people are allowed to get away with anything, while others are unfairly disciplined for even the smallest mistakes (e.g. working from home for more than 40% one month). This unequal treatment is demoralising for everyone and creates a sense of unfairness within teams that’s impossible to ignore.
The HR department only makes things worse. They operate with a mindset of “I’d rather be feared than loved,” fostering a hostile atmosphere where intimidation and control take priority over addressing real issues. This creates an environment where employees are afraid to speak up, and problems are left to fester.
Pay rises or bonuses feel like a distant dream, and though they promote from within, it’s clear they do so to save money. Inexperienced staff are pushed into senior roles without proper training or support, which only adds to the dysfunction and lack of direction.
Overall, this company lacks structure, leadership, and real opportunities for growth. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere—I wish I had.
