      Interesting hardware and software Good people, startup feel, but company is well funded so it's not going anywhere

      Not always clear direction Ocala is not so great

      Pros

      I never thought i would actually enjoy going to work out, then i found ILKB!! The instructors are fantastic, positive, and so fun to work with. I leave there every time a sweaty mess but with a smile on my face. :-) i LOVE it here.

      Poor management, sporadic work schedule. Work on holidays with no additional pay
