Pros
At first it seems like a cool company to work for, and they talk it up during the lengthy interview process. You have access to concert tickets and your schedule can be somewhat flexible.
Cons
Absolute worst management tactics and absolutely no training on the products you are expected to sell. 6 of us all started with the company at the same time in sales, and we are all gone. Majority of us had experience in other media sales and due to the lack of training and not having any management around ever to ask for help, it was preventing everyone from ever selling. They also changed their commission structure 4 times in one year while I was there. They would get rid of one group of people and hire a whole new round of them like the sales team they were hiring were the problem, when the root of the problems lie in the executive level. They are also almost 1 billion dollars in debt.
