Pros
I suppose the random handouts of leftover perks (that the on-air staff didn't want) could be considered a "Pro" There were some decent people who worked there
Cons
The only thing Management cares about it how big their bonus will be (Yes - they get MAJOR annual bonuses even though people are constantly told "No can do, it's not in the budget" Competitive salaries or benefits or even bonuses for the "drones" are simply unheard of Your expected to work endless overtime (be available 24/7 & leave your family at a moment's notice) ..... without being paid overtime If you're a threat to anyone ..... start packing They NEVER thank people (unless you're on the air) HR & Management are all on the same payroll ..... HR won't help or do what's right if it goes against ANY level of Management There aren't many ethical managers there - they will throw anyone under the bus or blatantly steal ideas from someone in front of an entire meeting Retaliation is just another word for "way to get things done" at Clear Channel
