Pros

The opportunity to meet people in all different industries is endless. You never know which venue, coffee shop, sports team arena or location you will be in, and sometimes you get to meet the director or someone super high up. My bosses were absolutely amazing and understood that I was a college student who didn't know what I wanted to do but wanted to have a free and fun experience running promotions for the Cleveland iHeart Stations. They also encouraged me to network as much as I could at literally any event. They were inspiring and helpful with school and my growth as a professional and I will always rave about how awesome it was to work with iHeart. The hours were also super flexible around my other jobs and college classes.

Cons

The only con was the pay. We were getting paid less than min wage and it was tough when you are working 30+ hours a week and your paycheck didn't look like it. As a college student, I was okay since I had multiple jobs, but it would have been nice to get paid more.

Pros

The team is very straightforward and helpful and they are willing to give you whatever tools necesary to win. One of the best teams I have ever worked with to be honestly.

Cons

Not many but you need to be flexible with hours as this is production work but that is industry standard.

Pros

The company had really good happy hours and events to attend. Food almost everyday.

Cons

Awful management team. Everyone will plot against you if they see potential. Very political culture and one boss there is a weak male figure in the office. If he doesn’t like you all the other managers follow suit. Mind you he has no power at all yet managers at his same level report to him. Must be experienced to work there really come in with a book of business with accounts that have lots of money because that’s all they care about. They will use and abuse you then cast you to the side make sure you have a second job to lean on. Frequent layoffs no managers of color either. Lots of red flags in the begging do not ignore them.
