Pros
It all depends on how your region/station handles themselves. Clear Channel rewards stations that perform well. There were several times our station received bonus for the great work our sales team did. Leadership was tough, and expected results. Co-workers were very nice and good people to work with. Most of the team was young, but some veterans on the staff were very helpful and informative.
Cons
Constant downsizing and need to find areas to make money. If a station is struggling, extra money is not added. Instead, cuts are made, which will eventually kill that station. Many times, you were expected to work much longer than your work day.
