Pros

Facility meets industry standards, so you're safe and the roof won't cave in. The equipment usually works ok. Systems go down only on a semi-regular basis, however IT department is pretty quick to try their best to fix it. Cool Thanksgiving pot luck.

Cons

Leadership Team/Management is NOT on the same page. All taking different approaches to serve an extremely vague mission. Efforts in place to clean up the books, likely to sell the place. Too much debt, though. Employee benefits and incentive is just barely acceptable. It's enough to keep you breathing, but don't count on it serving to push your life forward in any way. Medical insurance is going to reduce, yet again, for 2017. Good luck paying for that. Raises are scarce, and most folks haven't received one in more than three years. There is no interest in employee satisfaction, and most employees spend a long time as temps. Policies, procedures, workflow, and expectations change on nearly a bi-weekly basis. Goals and quotas aren't very regularly shared, so you have no idea if you're meeting the mark. I voluntarily separated from the place because it's a complete joke. The least corporate environment that I have ever seen from a place that's supposed to be corporate.

Pros

The team is very straightforward and helpful and they are willing to give you whatever tools necesary to win. One of the best teams I have ever worked with to be honestly.

Cons

Not many but you need to be flexible with hours as this is production work but that is industry standard.

Pros

The company had really good happy hours and events to attend. Food almost everyday.

Cons

Awful management team. Everyone will plot against you if they see potential. Very political culture and one boss there is a weak male figure in the office. If he doesn’t like you all the other managers follow suit. Mind you he has no power at all yet managers at his same level report to him. Must be experienced to work there really come in with a book of business with accounts that have lots of money because that’s all they care about. They will use and abuse you then cast you to the side make sure you have a second job to lean on. Frequent layoffs no managers of color either. Lots of red flags in the begging do not ignore them.
