Dishonest management, disrespectful management, disloyal management. Worked here for years and saw multiple people (managers and top salespeople) get screwed over time and time again by upper management. Doesn't matter how much money you bring into the company, they will never respect you as an employee or an individual. Problems have been brought up to upper management and HR and nothing has even been done. If you want to SOLELY build your resume, stay for less than a year. But if you want to grow professionally and/or enjoy your work without being constantly screwed over, don't work here.
