Pros

Great for learning new technologies. Amazing colleagues all around. Solid benefits package and a lot of flexibility regarding WFH.

Cons

People who are hard-working and/or loyal get lead and management positions, and more often than not they are not competent enough to manage people, despite being good workers. HR is a mess and needs a lot of improvement. Company laptops are crap.
