Pros
Perfect for freshers to learn Palo Alto networks but only if the can work on lowest salary and two years of bond.
Cons
At first, I would like to mention that many of the 3-5 star reviews you see here seem to be either manipulated by the HR or higher management to paint a misleading picture. I would advise taking them with a grain of salt. In my experience, this company is only ideal for freshers or individuals looking to learn the basics of Palo Alto Networks. Beyond that, it quickly becomes apparent that the company doesn’t prioritize employee well-being or development. The work culture, at least from an engineering perspective, is toxic. The managers and higher-ups are generally the only ones who seem content, while the engineers, the very people driving the company's revenue, are left frustrated. The work-life balance here is virtually non-existent, and there is a significant lack of empathy or understanding for personal well-being. Mental and physical health are not a priority, which leads to burnout for many employees. When it comes to compensation, I had several issues. The HR team is incredibly misleading about the salary package. They don’t provide any transparency and refuse to commit to anything in writing. In the past, the variable component of the salary was not paid out, despite promises from HR. While the variable pay is technically available now, it is tied to unrealistic KRAs. The metrics for these KRAs are constantly manipulated, with the percentage targets adjusted to such high levels (sometimes 98-100%) that it becomes nearly impossible to earn the variable component. I have also had frustrating experiences with the admin team and operations management, particularly in relation to food services. HR seems more concerned about superficial things like how you dress than listening to valid employee concerns or addressing complaints. In general, the salary structure is a scam. Your CTC may look good on paper, but much of it is tied up in a variable pay structure (25 to 35 percent) that is almost impossible to achieve. This makes the compensation feel much less than promised. One major red flag that I have noticed is that the company is always hiring, which indicates high turnover, employees are not sticking around long-term. This is a major warning sign of poor internal culture and management practices. Lastly, my biggest frustration lies with the managers. They lack empathy and often push employees to continue working through personal crises or health issues. Even when someone is severely unwell, there is little to no consideration for their well-being. To those who have received an offer from this company, I wish you the best of luck. Just keep your expectations in check and be aware that the environment here can be harsh. It’s a company that doesn’t value its employees as it should.
