1.Worst Management policies(CEO is good man but the new appointed management people in the last year 2022 making decisions now and making CEO position/status worst) 2.No salary hike even your performance is the best of all time(2022 April month cycle employees still not received appraisal and also they have converted two April and September appraisal cycle into only one June appraisal cycle) 3.(Allocating the project work while on bench) Will throw you on bench and at the same time will force you to work on another project like you have project allocated and they will assure, you will get appraisal and bench period mention in the portal will not affect on your appraisal performance. And at last there is no appraisal and no project is allocated and you are still on bench(Targeted species in this scenarios are mostly interns and midlevel) 4.Politics is on the higher level mainly from Director level and Managerial level. 5.TL and Managers are not supportive(Only supports Tamil native people).They think that if we have provide support and help to others then there importance will be vanished. 6.No Bonus on Diwali festival but will give you one box of sweet worth 150 rupees(Even though car driver are getting bonus on festival this time) 7.Randomly will switch you on different technologies and will give you 10 days to learn it(Java,Devops,Angular in 10 days) without providing any Udemy course pass (learn from your own by youtube) and like this you will forget your hands on experience on your primary skills 8.No Work-life balance and No cab Facility 9.Will transferred you to the Chennai at any time, doesn't matters what's your job location was and No permanent work from home even you got written on your offer letter 10.HRBP's and payroll team are puppets of Management, They will not support employees even though employees are right they will agree with you but will not take action/improvement against management 11.One guy is there in the Management team who always thoughts he is the owner of this company and will talk with you in rude manner (like family is important to you or work! ohh, Man we are here becaz of family and all are working only for there family). So this kind of people are there in management 12.Will force you to send daily task report to manager via mail.(that already we are maintaining in timesheet then whats the use of timesheet?) 13.Your salary will not be credited as per mention on your offer letter(in some cases) 14.Try to opt for other MNCs beacz this is not an MNC its a BPO trying to get into IT sector, all policies are like BPO 15.No Relocation allowance and No Travel allowance 16.Not suitable for freshers they have bond agreement of 2 years and which is Extended to 1 year 17.For senior highly not recommended as no salary hike and promotion 18.No Job Security, Hire and Fire Policy(almost have fired around 300 employees silently on mobile call discussion by giving you reason of no project and recession but will hire new employees at the same time. This will applicable who having midlevel performance or low performance and some cases if you have higher package with best performance as well) 19.Will not provide you promotions and salary hike if you are older employee working since 4 years becaz they force employee to put a resign before you cover 5 years in this company to avoid paying of gratuity amount. 20.Please Don't considered the positive rating given recently by others becaz these are given by working employees forcefully by HR
