Pros
Timely salary payments and the option for remote work are the only positives in this company.
Cons
Politics, favoritism, and gender bias among management. No recurring incentives or festival bonuses. Poor client management. The POSH committee is ineffective due to its members. The company performed well under Hank’s ownership; performance declined after the new CEO took over. The CEO is overly focused on revenue, and client interactions often result in client disengagement, internally labeled as “client delight,” despite negative outcomes. Employees are monitored via a tracking application on company laptops which, as per the vendor’s website, can record audio even when the system is offline. Incentive structures are significantly below market standards. Account managers lack authority over clients and are compelled to repeatedly chase requirements, often without results.
