Pros

1) NONE after you join. Thank GOD atleast your salary gets paid on time. 2) You get out of office ALIVE. 2) The CEO is going to waste his time by responding to this post with scripted response rather than fixing anything.😵😵 3) They are still a startup 10yrs after incorporating. The oldest startup!!!🤔🤔 4) The Rockstar team called as Engagement Management, they do all the hard work and don't get any benefits (sarcasm intended). 5) YesMan for clients. Overestimate and underdeliver.

Cons

1) Useless HR team and the best of worst HR policies 2) Not at all employee centric. 3) The HR team writes all the good reviews about the firm here and the CEO replies.🤣🤣 4) The firm can do anything to squeeze your life out when in office 5) Huge bonus but limited only on paper none paid. 6) The CEO Vish is always in Zen mode to listen when he is here in person or on Iquanti Connect but do nothing to improve. 7) They were tying to sell of the firm to a biggie but plans failed as the firm got to see mirror. 8) The HR team can aptly be called as "Byomkesh Bakshi team" They are very good at spying. 9) Highly insecure firm doesn't trust their employees and fear that they will leave for a real pasture. rather than working on creating one. 10) They call up employees to check on who posted a negative review and if they find it out then the ex employees are threatened. 11) Most of the managers are like either "My way" or " My Way" 12) They love to fire people, which is okay because a bad workman always blames his tools. 13) I know i shouldn't be wasting my time pointing out the details but i dont want future employees to remain in dark.

Dear ex-iQuantian, Let me post another "Zen" response :-). We are one of the fastest growing companies and have been doing profit tied bonuses every quarter this year- so we are hopefully doing something right. We also had a number of ex-iQuantians come back. We've signed two Fortune 50 companies this quarter based on previous work - hopefully it wasn't "under delivery". We agree on one thing- People at iQuanti work are very talented. We should be listening to them - hence the iEngage teams that we launched. They are doing great work -so good recommendation that we've implemented. I am sorry that you felt the way you did. You should have reached out and maybe you did and we couldn't do anything about it. You are clearly angry- calm down, work through issues and move forward in life. If there is nothing good about a place that many have found something great in, maybe time to indulge in some reflection. I wish you well. Find a company that you can believe in and build it. Whatever it is, life is too short for this much negative energy- Find your calling and excel in it. Best of luck!

Pros

Learn a lot in your field. They have access to the latest tools. Health care plan is affordable. Coworkers are great. Work life balance is great if you don’t want to advice. They don’t penalize you for clocking in and clocking out.

Cons

Most pay is below market value, something leadership has openly admitted to. Leadership is generally dismissive and secretive, but also openly committed to reaching a point where they halt all hiring and rely solely on AI to scale up. Lots of “unleashing growth,” mainly by shrinking its workforce. You also have to work 2-3 extra roles without support to be considered for a raise (no guarantees). But also, if you don’t look and feel corporate they typically won’t promote. HR can feel passive aggressive and hostile.
