Pros
- in SOME teams, the colleagues have a great technical knowledge and you can learn from them.
Cons
- salaries are smaller than average - a lot of very well intended processes that are bad implemented and delay promotions - employees are treated different, in the sense that some get to go to conferences, and the rest don't even get an explanations. - hardware, again some employees get new hardware - laptops, monitors, etc, while the rest get old and used hardware. - projects are old and with dull, nothing is challenging - there are no recreation spaces, the manangement does't care about this, all they want is to get as many people in as less of a space - lot a work volume - very few trainings - everything is done just to be done, not to be done in the right way
