      Pros

      huge growth, lots of accelerated changes. Great vision from leadership team. Strong emphasis on culture and ensuring everyone is a fit for the company. Great collaborative environment.

      Cons

      Rapid growth means lots of change for folks who are reluctant to change. This is not to say it is a con. It is a challenge to push through.

      Good working culture, people are co-operating, Company cares about employee, Treated employee very nice when company was in good condition, Still helped former employee to look for new job when the company had to let people go

      Unfortunately the company made strategic mistakes and lost competitive edge to foreign companies
