      Great location; benefits not bad, but no ESPP

      Cons

      Too many Director Level people for not enough lower level people; org chart to big for size company; no rhyme or reason regarding who to layoff; not enough cross training; not enough woman in management or above roles; low moral; "boys club"

      Good working culture, people are co-operating, Company cares about employee, Treated employee very nice when company was in good condition, Still helped former employee to look for new job when the company had to let people go

      Unfortunately the company made strategic mistakes and lost competitive edge to foreign companies
