      iRobot does a great job with work/life balance. Time off has never been an issue and they take mental health seriously as well.

      Cons

      Growing in a non-technical job is rare.

      Good working culture, people are co-operating, Company cares about employee, Treated employee very nice when company was in good condition, Still helped former employee to look for new job when the company had to let people go
