- Companies Indian Vice President(Technical) does not deserve to that position. He doesnt have even Dev Lead skills. He tortures the employees with all silly ideas and questions. He is very suspicious on his employees and alway try to poke their work. He has come on management quota(Recommendation from companies top Head) - Half of the Employees are recruited on Management Quota(Reference by Top heads in the Company) who has poor skill set. It is very tough to work with them on time bound projects. If something will miss, obviously blame goes to Talented employees. - No, standard structure for salaries. There is huge gap between peers. Some Sr.S/W engrs will get 5 Lac/Annum and some will get 10 Lac/Annum. All depends on your negotiation skills at the time of itnerview. -Some rules regarding dress code which will make employees down - NO formal training programs for growth
