Good learning curve but fast-paced workaholic culture - Strategy Consultant iTech Mission Employee Review

As an intern there are no pros only cons

1)No learning :This is an outdated startup where they expect intern to know everything before hand and if you are coming from a mindset that they will teach you anything related to data analyst then it is a big mistake . For them data analyst is equals to data entry role . 2) Lots of office politics 3) Give work for weekends also 4) expects you to sit till 8 pm in the evening

Will learn a lot from new projects.

Strict management. No hybrid mode.
