There are no major pros in the company as the work pressure is quite high. However, the company does celebrate some festive occasions for a limited period, which creates a brief positive environment for employees.

The company does not provide good appraisal hikes, and the policies are not employee-friendly. There are also very limited benefits and growth opportunities for employees. The work timing is strict, and employees are expected to complete a full 9-hour shift. There is very little team coordination, which makes collaboration difficult. Additionally, there is no clarity regarding project allocation, as employees are often assigned random tasks in the name of projects.
