Pros
I enjoy working at tutorabc because it is good for part time work, obviously the hours of very flexible. It is great to be able to interact with people from across the world. It is fulfilling when a student has learned something new.
Cons
To give the clients an option to rate employees negatively because of delay, bad connection or a strong echo is unfair because it is not the tutor/consultants fault. This really annoys me.
