Pros
If you are a seasoned teacher with experience in Asia, you will find this company to be on par with other cram schools in Asia. If you don't need guidance or a lot of prep time, you should be fine..make your own work time is nice. Paycheck received always on schedule.
Cons
-Low base rate -Low pay if you can't find a way for students to rate you as it's NOT MANDATORY. -Terrible management -Schedulers, IT and management all seem to have different concepts of what it means to communicate with teachers (like often you just get ignored)
