Pros
Flexible schedule. Pay on-time. Materials are already made for you. I know many teachers that think materials are too easy or too hard sometimes, but in my experience, you would only need to worry about the materials being way too hard. There are many ways to guide the students and make them understand what they should be learning. If you have taught in a school before, it would be very easy to work with an easy material to make it more challenging. I know the pay does not compare to some of the other competitors, but since I love teaching sessions, it is better to do this since I get more classes. I think if you love your job, the students will love you too and this is why I never had much trouble getting high ratings.
Cons
Hard to find someone to really communicate with. Support will deal with your issues like robots, but many times it is hard to get the entire point across on what exactly it is that you need. Lower pay is okay with me because it is not that much lower with bonuses included, although I do not like all of the penalties that we teachers could potentially be subjected to. This makes us feel like circus animals.
