Pros

I suppose the pros would include being able to take as much holiday as you would like (unpaid). You work from home. Also, you USED to be able to choose your own schedule...

Cons

It will be hard to count the cons involved here. They have made a number of changes to the company over the past few years that only benefit the clients and the company. They take everything away from their employees or "Consultants". Now they have implemented a new system where you are OBLIGATED to work for quite a lot of hours on the weekends. They have a silly points system they refer you to. 60 points during peak hours and 100 points on weekends which is ludicrous. PAY IS LOW!!! Per 45 minute class you will make a base of about 8.00USD. It is very low. The IT support, schedulers, and general management can't actually communicate very well in English. Some lesson plans are written very poorly but you can't deviate from the material they provide so it leaves you to teach the nonsense. Clients have total control over you being as they rate you after each class 1-10. If a client has any kind of miniscule complaint management will send you an email stating to explain why, and they actually never open those e-mails...I think I could go on for ages. Did I mention the pay is horrendous? (no room from promotions)

Pros

remote, pick your own shifts

Cons

terrible pay, unfair review system (a kid would rate you and if they didn’t want to take the class, they just gave you a bad rating)
