Absolutely brilliant team— I learned a lot from each and every coworker. Team is always open to new ideas and processes and it is a very collaborative environment. Great product to sell. Easy to believe in. Raj was a great mentor and boss. He cares about personal success just as much as company success and will take the time to help you grow and develop. Lunches at coal tower & a drink at Lock 32 were always a great time with the team! Big things to come for iVEDiX!!

No cons— was truly a great place to work.

The people at ivedix really make this a great company to work at. There's a real sense of camaraderie and friendship among the employees that makes you want to come to work and succeed. Since the company is small, each person actually makes a difference and can have direct impact on company success. Exploring new technologies and techniques is encouraged and employees often carve out niches for themselves and become SMEs in that line of implementation. The company is also extremely flexible and sensitive to family needs and there is a lot of trust placed in the employees. It's not a problem to attend a doctors appointment mid day or work from home on occasion, so long as all your work gets done. They are also generous with vacation time and I have never been told "no, you can't take a day off", even if it's last minute. For it's size, the benefits are good. Employer pays 55% of health plan cost and contributes to HRA. Options for disability, life insurance, company stock. 3 weeks PTO to start, 4 weeks after 3 years of service.

- As a small company, sometimes duty calls that may land long hours in the office and the occasional weekend work. - Benefits are good, but not great. There is a 401k program but no match. High deductible health plan requires planning and saving to optimize value.
