      Pros

      Easy going, fun activities, great place for pet lovers and beer drinkers

      Cons

      The management is terrible! At least a few of the reviews here on Glassdoor have been written by management themselves. They use Glassdoor to help boost their SEO ratings. Most of management are related to one another and/or old friends so they are obviously more tight knit but that makes it hard to discuss certain issues you might have. It also makes it awkward when management has internal issues, I've seen a few times where arguments are clearly stemmed from personal relationships.

      Remarkable environment, healthy culture, and genuine people striving to do good things and service our industry with the best care possible.

      Cons

      There are not any I have towards iVET360 as a company. If there are cons, it might need to be a personal reflection privately to evaluate an individuals true desire to grow personally.

      Pros

      I still sing the praises of this company any chance I get! iVET360 has the best culture of any place I’ve ever worked - it comes from the founders and is embraced by the entire team. Each person in each department has unique knowledge and skills that set them apart, and I learned so much during my time there. It was inspiring to see the direct impact our work had on clients, not only in their businesses but also in their day-to-day lives. The collaboration, dedication, and commitment to client success made this a great place to grow both professionally and personally.

      Cons

      Working remotely takes some getting used to. It’s important to take advantage of the opportunities to socialize and get to know your coworkers, even if it’s virtual. But the company itself? Not one ;)
