I've been with the company since 2021, and looking back, I’m genuinely grateful for how much I’ve grown both professionally and personally. Coming from Sri Lanka, getting the chance to work in iVedha Mexico office was an amazing and unexpected chapter in my career. The environment is collaborative, people are approachable, and I’ve always felt trusted to take ownership of meaningful work. Leadership is open to ideas, and I’ve had the freedom to explore new technologies across various projects. The flexibility, especially the option to work remotely, has made a huge difference in maintaining a healthy work–life balance. And a big shoutout to our CEO, Kumar Ratnam, whose vision and leadership have created a place where people feel encouraged to grow, innovate, and genuinely feel valued.
Cons
Not many fun activities or team outings. It would be nice to have more social events to help everyone connect outside of work.
