Pros

Office located in SoMa neighborhood of San Francisco, easily accessible to public transportation, nice office in a funky building with exposed beams.

Cons

Micromanagement every single day by the CEO (and I wasn't even a direct report). Constant change of direction, strategy and business plan depending on management's mood that day. Total lack of leadership throughout the company. Inconsistent policies and processes.

Pros

iWin is a place where taking initiative is not only encouraged and rewarded but is expected. The culture is casual and everyone is accessible in this collaborative environment. There's always a lot of spinning plates and multitasking going on but work/life balance is enshrined.

Cons

Resource limitations cause delays in worthwhile projects. The compensation and benefits are fair. Talent and hard work are rewarded materially and through recognition.

Pros

iwin is a very entrepreneurial company where you can take risk and try new things. You are your own boss meaning have you autonomy and ability to execute. If you do you job- you are given more freedom. It is a fun place to work and offers a great work/life balance.

Cons

Like all small companies, resources can sometimes be an issue or they can't compete with larger companies from a perks standpoint but they do offer free snacks and monday lunch so they try.
