- Interesting work - You get to see first hand the assembly process of electronics

- Hiring practice seems to be hiring people straight out of university for cheap labour and then burning them out and hiring another - Some serious overtime is required on occasion (there was at least one full month of 13 hour days, 6 day weeks while I was there)

Good people, small company, diverse tasks, friendly and helpful staff.

Pay is mediocre. Sometimes there is a lot of overtime which needs to be done.
