Culture that promotes fun at work, everyone is always included. There is something for everyone. If not, ask and an activity will be created. Automation is the future of our world's sustainability and ifm is company embracing it to help provide more through manufacturing greatness. Competitors are reeling with stock issues while we continue to deliver. CEO understands that one's family and health are first. A healthy, happy employee is a great and loyal one. If you are not happy or not set up for success, management will give a person multiple chances to change role or develop a plan to do better in your current role. Family Atmosphere. People just care. They keep their heads up high and engage with each other when they walk the building. The product line is the most complete versus other sensor mfgs, it allows our customers to set-up complete systems. ifm is chosen frequently as a "one stop shop"
