Pros

Some coworkers are nice Office location is convenient

Cons

I wish I took the negative reviews on glassdoor more seriously before joining. Everything in 1 and 2 star reviews is true. The moment you join there is going to be 0 onboarding, they will expect you to perform from week 1, which is absolutely impossible because constant layoffs and frequent leaves create a backlog of lost knowledge. There is no documentation, and systems were built by people who left the company long ago. Going through that mess is impossible and they won't pay you enough for it. They claim that they want you to have an autonomy over the projects but in reality you just have to do what you are told even if it doesn't make any sense. Unlimited PTO only if all the work is done even if you booked in advance. The catch is, chaotic workflow creates never ending urgent work. Startup culture without startup benefits. I witnessed constant mass layoffs(20-30 people were laid off at once in January and July before bonus payout) without any reason. The mess starts at the top and the upper management is never held accountable. The hybrid work schedule is not flexible at all, you will end up going to the office and working the same way you work at home becuase the upper management doesn't believe in work from home. That was also the reason for cost cutting layoffs instead of getting rid of expensive office and unnecessary parties. Seriously, even in this job market think twice before joining and please read all the negative reviews. All the 4 and 5 star reviews are fake and company's rating would have been 1 star if all the negative reviews were kept and not deleted.

Pros

Last resort for reps who desperately need a job

Cons

-company hires reps based on their current book of biz. Once they feel the rep exhausts their leads to move over, they look to replace them -toxic management that never changes -no 401k match -CROs seem to last about a year -favoritism towards tenured reps -lose credibility with your clients when campaigns don’t perform and they get bad support - very low company morale -no one gets promoted -low stock price -frequent layoffs -horrible public reviews/reputation to have to explain to clients, and your friends and family
