Very easy to get in, good for begginers, quite friendly enviroment and people in company. Good office localizaton, nice social extas beyond salary.

Lack of innovation, company use heavy process for software development. Anti-agile methodology with poor and outdated tool usage which slow downs development and leads to poor product quality. Low innovation leads to poor team motivation.

Ample onsite. Some of very genuine and talented people work here. Has Emotional touch among-st people working. Management is good, just need strong hold .

-Office culture more like old times govt offices.If u know the right babu, u get the butter -Degraded lot once cut off from Tieto. -No technical growth from developer's perspective.Same old code and same way of doing it . -Salary- depends on personal rapport
