I can confidently share these insights because I worked there long enough to understand the dynamics of this company.
If you're looking for a positive environment, this is not the place to be. This company is a family-run business with ego-driven leaders who often resort to yelling and mocking employees when mistakes are made or when they struggle to understand something.
As a value-added reseller, they need to work with partners to deliver services or goods to clients. I have witnessed unprofessional behavior from the iPSS team, particularly the CEO and upper management. They often treat partners with little respect, yelling at them, belittling them, and manipulating them for financial gain.
Trust within the staff is virtually nonexistent. Even the CEO and his family members are driven by greed and are not above deceiving others. They present fake smiles but will stab you in the back as soon as you turn around.
I've seen numerous people fired without warning, under the guise of "restructuring," in the most unprofessional manner.
Don't expect any compensation for your efforts, even if you're in sales. Promises are often made but rarely fulfilled.
I could go on, but I believe you get the idea. If you do decide to work for this company, ensure that everything they promise you is documented in writing, with signatures, or confirmed via email. And be prepared to fake it until you make it.
The only people who truly succeed and make (GOOD) money in this company are the CEO's relatives.

If you don't believe me, ask anyone who has been with the company for over a year, and they'll likely tell you to leave while you can (except the upper management, who will naturally say the company is fantastic).
